Oftentimes when hearing the term “Virtual Reality”, the first thought is video games. However, psychologists have begun using the technology to treat anxieties, phobias, and other disorders. Find out how in the video, podcast, and photo gallery below.

The technology continues to grow, and different fields and professions are exploring the ways to use it to benefit their own field. Virtual reality in therapy is an excellent example of this.
